Rooting Change at the Edinburgh Climate Festival – 28 June 2025
We’re excited to share that Verture will be taking part in this year’s Edinburgh Climate Festival – a free community celebration of climate action, creativity and connection.
Taking place on Saturday 28 June from 12–7pm, the festival will transform Area 2 of The Meadows into a vibrant hub of over 50 stalls, performances and workshops – and Verture will be right in the heart of it, at stall C1 in the centre of the festival site.
What to expect from Verture’s stall
Inspired by this year’s festival theme, Root & Rise, our activity invites you to:
- Learn more about our work as a charity using the power of collaboration to grow flourishing futures for all in a changing climate.
- Explore how we support organisations and communities to take meaningful climate action.
- Share what inspires you to take action by adding to our interactive Tree of Change – a growing display of community voices and commitments.
- Connect with our team, ask questions, and discover how you can get involved in building a better future.
We will be sharing stories, ideas and opportunities to take action. Whether you’re new to climate conversations or deeply involved, you’re warmly welcome to drop by, get inspired and stay for a chat.

- Location: The Meadows, Area 2, Stall C1
- Travel: We encourage everyone to use active or shared transport. There’s no on-site parking.
