Training

The challenges of a changing climate require transformational change across society, and having all kinds of leaders championing their community, organisation or business response is vital to this.
We provide training for leaders to empower them to contribute to climate solutions appropriate for their part of society. We co-create bespoke sector-specific resources relevant to them so that it resonates deeply and is far reaching.
By learning together, we can grow a better future together.
Who is a leader?
We work with leaders of all kinds including from community groups, local authorities, business, and third sector organisations and with those who don’t see themselves as leaders in a conventional way.

Our approach
Much of our training is delivered through our projects allowing us to tailor it specifically to the requirements of the people and places involved. We also run our own Becoming Climate Resilient course.
